Public or Private?

This question is not only a psychological question, or not a question, which could only be understood in psychological realms... Actually you can have the question in many fields, in transport (not only in public transport; for example here the majority thinks, it is better not to use the public transport and most of the people have cars, but there are not enough ways...You can buy a car by your own, but u can´t make or buy a highway by yourself...) Or you can´t or you mustn´t plan a city by yourself... There is a lack of public sense here... (Too much public sense can also be problematical, then you feel yourself discriminated, if you want have a taxi. I hate this too...)
The question is more complicated and of great importance, in issues like health care. I had bad experiences in two systems, in private and in public health care. Public health care has not high standards. You need already a private assurance even in Austria. Once I have idealised ( to think of something as ideal) the health care system in Austria; I was young and stupid, I think now.
