Firinda Mücver



There are many turkish bloggers on the web who have thought about "Firinda Mücver", this is a serious subject of "yemek bilim". (:-)How can you make "mücvers" without burning them in the oil ? Normally you give oil into the pan and you fry them, but the problem is, that they get too much oily. And it is not nice to stand half an hour by the pan and fry them, though they taste very delicious. It would be nice to make out of this mixture a pie, i have thought... something like a cake... or like Quiche aux poireaux...but it didn´t´ work... maybe i should study this science better, to make inventions... i am not good enough to make new creations... or the thing in my mind... i have something in my mind, which I have never eaten before, but I only dream of... but if i was an engineer of cooking, maybe i could do this...
what is mücver?
this is a mixture of zuchini, egg, a little bit flour, baking powder, fresh mint, parsley, onion and cheese,...(and u can also add "biber" ve "dereotu" if u want)
