A turkish writer: H.E.A. (1884-1964)

Halide Edip Adivar was one of the few Turkish women writers before the foundation of the Republic. She has died on the 9th of January in 1964 in Istanbul.
I must say, until now I haven t read anything from her. Because she was the writer of older generations. But now I am curious. She has lived in a time when also Yakup Kadri has lived. And I read Yakup Kadri and I like him. Especially 'Yaban' is a Classic.
