The holy 27th

Yes, I have forgotten again that this night is a holy night in the lunar calendar. After the holy transitions from
24 to 25 and from 25 to 26, this is the holy from 26 to 27. Isn t it interesting?
It is the holy 27th of the 7th.
7 is also a number considered as holy or lucky? in different traditions.
Most of the Turkish people, like most of the Islamic people, are very uneducated. The 'pious' greed of the last years is a class problem of the masses, which have a problem with the modernity. So in most of the cases religion Is misused for the domination of the rural and uneducated in the 'city'.
The French Revolution has underlined the worth of religion in the private sphere, which is still important in my view.
Unfortunately the neoliberal era uses the religion for the purposes of domination. They have discovered the populist potential of the religion and they are using it for their accumulation
of money and power.
Now back to this night. It reminds me of the German word 'Christi Himmelfahrt'. In other languages
'Ascension'.
